What is your advice?

Hey. I'm still relatively new to training. I've been working on myself a bit since October last year. I am 177cm tall and weighed 86 KG at the time. As of today, I am sitting at 69-70KG.
My goal was to lose weight as slowly as possible and this also worked well. I also gained mass and also became stronger.
My scale had indicated a KFA of 23% at the time, which I had dropped to 13% according to Libra today. Of course, there are deviations in this regard, but I have focussed on the scale. At the end of my diet, I stagnated quite blatantly in training and could no longer really increase the weights. Likewise, I generally felt quite flat.

Likewise, someone should ask what these red dots are on my body....I suffer from an auto immune disease😐

Now to my question.....would it make sense for me to start a lean bulk now at my much better starting position? Of course I would also get a little fat but then also significantly more muscles to then have an even better position after a cut so currently? What do you think?
