Yesterday morning I got my first ever dui. I am a 19M, My car had ran out of gas on the way home and a state trooper arrived before my sister got there with a gas can. The cop had me do a walking and balancing test. Also had me do a breathlyzer test while i was there and towed my car and took me to the station. He did a breathlyzer test again and got a .08 and another one showing .075. I had 2 beers at 11:30pm and this all happened around 5:30 to 6:30am. I did get a blood test as soon as I could leaving the station. What lawyer is recommended for this? Am I looking at serious charges? I am in Goodyear, near phoenix Arizona.
