Is there clear progression signals or steps for my LUMY 1.7 cobbleverse playthrough?

I'm collected the 3 birds, shiny Rayquaza but don't want to skip and collect all legendries before moving to Johto.

Any tips are helpful :) I'm new to Pokemon and just started this server for my friends. I have a honey, sableye, and relic farm.
