Ate an old rat, should I be concerned?
Hey yall! So yesterday I thawed a rat out for my girl Milkshake and left it in her enclosure overnight like I usually do if she doesn’t go for my make em dance routine after a few minutes. If it’s still there in the morning I always remove it (she’s a bit of a stubborn eater and will usually snub 2 out of every three feed attempts) Well, this time around she decided VERY late in the game that she did want to eat after all and latched onto the rat as I was pulling it out. Will she be alright, how old is TOO old when it comes to a rat that’s been sitting out? It was probably in her tank for a little under 12 hours and had been thawing for some time before that
