I have a medical appointment with a Private Specialist for a while but I just got posted to a new unit and told my superior about my MA with the private specialist. Now she tells me that in order to go for the MA I either need a Memo from SAF or take my own leave to see the Private Specialist, is this true? I can't really find anything about this online and my old unit never mentioned anything like this before.

The seller also has a "7 day no question asked refund agreement" I requested for refund like a day after receiving it but I realised I haven't shipped it to them in like 3 weeks, so idk if the no question asked policy still applies. How do I ship it back to them?

Is there a in built delivery service or do I need to deliver it myself... Will taobao refund the shipping cost if I do ship it myself?
