Are lots of moles a problem if I want to pole dance?
Hello!
I really wanna try pole fitness but I don't know anything about it.
I have like hundreds of moles on my body. To be clear I'm not asking if they're an aesthetic problem.
I'm asking because I don't know how much contact your skin needs to make with the pole. I wouldn't want to be irritating my moles too much with friction.:/ They're almost all flat but injury to them can still lead to later confusion over whether they're benign AFAIK.
In what areas of the body does burn from friction occur while practicing pole fitness? Is it very common?
If so, what can you do against it? Can you practice in long-sleeved clothes or do you need your skin exposed for grip?
And does anyone with a lot of moles have any advice?
Thank you!
