Every ingenico move 5000 (essentially a mobile pocket card reader for service workers that uses wifi) at my place of work except for one of them is stuck on this screen, and I'm unable to pay customers out with them. They boot up, show the ingenico logo, then the screen goes black and it pulls up some basic info, like the version, ip address, etc. Then it pulls up this screen that just says "Waiting for Transactions..." my managers have no idea what this means, and idk if they have contacted IT but IT tends to drag their feet.

Here is what I have tried thus far, based on googling the issue and following the AI's advice:

I tried rebooting the device by holding the yellow backspace button plus the punctuation (#) key. This did result in a successful reboot, however, the problem persisted.

I have also tried removing the battery, reinserting it, and restarting the device. This was before I googled the issue, so at the time I did not wait 30 seconds before reinserting the battery like google's AI suggested when using this method.

Finally, i tried the "2634 sequence." Google told me to reboot the device, and enter 2634 followed by the green enter button. It said to do the sequence as soon as the screen turns white. I tried this and absolutely nothing happened. I then rebooted it multiple times, spamming the sequence as fast as I could over and over. Nothing. I don't even know where google got this sequence honestly.

Hopefully someone has experienced and solved this because it's really annoying. Our restaurant only has one working card reader right now. We do have a few actual computer terminals we can use to run cards, but only the card readers can do tap to pay. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
