Hi I’m looking to take a bird course to boost my gpa and so far I’m looking at UNIV1000 or MCS1000, I was wondering if anyone could lmk what these comprise of or what course is easier

hi everyone so a customer wanted to return an item to me because she didn’t like it and wanted a refund. I of course allowed the refund but told her that I will require tracking for the package being returned. It says that it was delivered yesterday but I am yet to receive it, I’ve checked my mailbox and my cameras do not show any mail person coming and delivering it to my door step. I’m going to contact the customer and ask if they can let me know what address they delivered it to and if it says anything about where it was placed but if the package is lost, what do I do? should I just tell the seller to open a case cause unfortunately I cannot refund without the item back. thank you!
