basically someone called 911 for me. They came, I said I was okay, they check my vitals, and I sign a refusal form (I did not want to get transported).

I read online that it might result in a pretty big charges but It was not long ago so no charges came my way yet. Has anyone had similar experience and did you get charged for that here in Champaign. Just want to know what to expect and if there's a way to refute the charges if they end up coming.
