It took awhile but my refund finally came through. I deferred my 25-26 Ikon Pass, purchased a refundable pass, requested a refund and just received it. Took about two and half weeks. When I first requested the refund it was initially denied because they claimed it looked suspicious and I needed to email them (Spot). I sent an email and didn't hear anything for about 2 weeks so sent a follow up. Got a quick response stating that my refund was approved and would be transferred in about 7 days (took 8 days). I also received a 100% refund without a deduction for the 3% processing fee.
