Chronic fissure, large sex toys.

I’ve been using dildos for years now. In fact I’m very fond of the large toys, larger than usual (bad dragon type stuff) and for years and years of doing it I’ve never had an issue, until my new toy. It was large. Larger than most, and while it was plenty lubed up I obviously went to hard getting it in. A few hours after I felt a few itchy spots and realized (after the next night of play) that I had a few fissures due to my idiocy.

Pretty much all of them healed within a few weeks but one, weeks later and it’s still there and has developed a crater like scar. All evidence supports that it’s chronic and honestly it’s one of the worst things I’ve had to deal with mentally.

It doesn’t hurt going to the bathroom fortunately, but I know of if I stretch it that it will cause discomfort. The problem is that these larger toys are a huge part of my sexual pleasure and it’s just a part of me.

I haven’t gone to a doctor yet so I know that there are still options on the table, but I wanted to know if anyone else have similar situations, and if their chronic fissure ever made them able to use larger toys again after treatments and time.

Basically I was hoping to hear anyone tell me that I’ll be able to use these large toys again with proper care (and medical treatment) and time.

Grey Screen to full reset while gaming. Kernel-Power 41 error code.

For about a week when I hop into a game (In this case, THE FINALS) I've been dealing with a disruptive crash that not only grey-screens my monitor for a few seconds, but resets the PC with no error messages to speak of besides using Event Viewer. Every single time its the same issue. Kernel-Power, error code 41. I tried a few things at the top of my head, I made sure my CPU voltage was at 1.25, I checked my temps under load for both my CPU and GPU (both normal temps under load), disabled C-State in case it was a power issue, and nothing seems to be working.

My specs:

CPU: AMD RYZEN 7800x3D, 4.4GHz

Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING X870E-PLUS WiFi 7

RAM: G.SKILL Flare X5 2x16 @ 4800mhz (Im having trouble with AMD EXPO so I havent been able to overclock it without my pc crashing)

GPU: XFX Radeon 9070 XT

PSU: Corsair RM850x

Every plug on the motherboard seems to be snug into place but I'll give that a try, see if one of them is loose or something. Other than that, I'm out of ideas, most are saying its a PSU issue but I feel 850 watts is plenty. If anyone can offer some other ideas I'd really appreciate it!
