Sharing my 1st 3000m run. Did it myself. Hoping to join community of runners here in reddit.

Ganyan yung design sa unit ko kasi iisang window lang, diyan sa room. Ginawa yan para kahit papano may natural light and ventilation. Problema ko lang ung sa AC ng room. Pang room lang and AC not for the whole unit. Anong pwede Kong gawin para kahit papano ma seal yan every time I will use the AC? I am not looking for a permanent fix kasi I need the light and ventilation. Please help. Thank you so much.
