I need help with my laptop
I’m having an issue where my laptop works perfectly fine on the Windows lock screen, but as soon as I log in/unlock it, the entire screen goes white.
The Problem: Only the cursor is visible and moveable. I cannot see the taskbar, desktop icons, or open any apps.
What I’ve Tried: I can move the mouse, but clicking doesn't seem to do anything.
Urgency: I need to get this fixed as soon as possible without performing a full factory reset if possible.
