Wife and I are looking to start trying in July but wanted to get a baseline to see if I have at least 20mil sperm count with an at home test. I know there’s mixed reviews on these. I ejaculated and totally missed like half my semen some a little at start, some at the end. All in all probably got like half of it.
I wanted to take it, with the idea of if I pass it with like half a sample, then I feel even better. I passed but a very faint line. Does a very faint line mean I barely passed?
(Took like 30 seconds after the prescribed time)

For as long as I can remember, I have this very small lump in my scrotum that is free moving and definitely not attached to testicle. It is slightly above left testicle, kind of by spermatic cords. Is painless and my ejaculate is always normal. I have a larger spermocele on right testicle that feels closer to the actually testicle but is clearly not attached and soft and squishy. It doesn’t feel like I have a bag of worms or whatever that would indicate variocele. My left testicle and around it feels normal (no inflammation, etc). I am worried now because my wife and I are going to start trying for a family so I don’t want any abnormality to hinder that!

Live in Missouri and live in a 70 year old house. We live in a FEMA flood zone so a creek sometimes breaches during heavy rains and temporarily goes into our backyard but never up to foundation. House has two sump pumps that are functional with backup battery. There is some sort of clean out on the exterior in this pit, you can see that there was a crack by this pipe where water was gushing in. You can also see that secondary sump is totally overloaded and seeping out the top as well. A few weep holes also activated. This only happens on this side of the house (backyard). The entire outside part of this house is a 30 foot walled in paved patio so there are no downspouts near this area
