Life after heartbreak
I’ve heard it before. No one likes to think about things ending with someone they thought was their person, so many are caught by storm when everything seems fine then one day they’re living in the “the after”.
I recently had a breakup and am trying to learn to love myself and my own company again. I have hobbies and things that I’ve loved to do, but it feels harder to enjoy them these days.
How did you navigate getting back into your hobbies and/or self love after heartbreak?
