Airtel axis card excess cashback reversed after closing the card
Hello everyone
As the Airtel axis credit card was devalued,I closed the card last month
This week I got a message saying “Due to a technical error, excess cashback was credited to my card” The amount is Rs 919/- which now i can see in the card current statement which is already closed.
Should I be pay the outstanding amount or argue not to ?
Any suggestions how can I handle this?
