I live in SLC. Usually it leaves the distribution center and goes straight to my post office. Why’d it go back to the distribution center?

Package was supposed to be delivered today. I saw the mail lady in front of our apartments. She left and didn’t deliver anything except the mail for the front office. wtf.

This has been missing for over 2 weeks! The shipper has sent me a replacement. I go to file an insurance claim literally 3 hours ago and suddenly it’s found?! It’s been lost to the world and suddenly now that I’ve filed an insurance claim it pops up?! 😡

Now I’ll have 2 of these items since the shipper had already sent me another one and the seller (Kendra Scott) doesn’t want it back.

Some kind of promotion or birthday party?
