I’ve been using spectrum for quite some time now, and despite it being a fine service, I mostly use the internet for normal browsing, and playing online games, except my internet service is oddly slow at times when I’m playing, and has even been shutting off entirely every other day or so, causing me to be penalized in my games.

I want to fix this issue, because it’s really really getting on my nerves heavily.

Is it best to get a new provider like AT&T, is fiber better? Should I get Ethernet? Will getting Ethernet stop me from getting disconnected fully so often?

Or should I look into buying a new router or piece of equipment, like a signal booster.

I’m kinda stumped on what to do.. please help!
