I'm traveling abroad, went to a local OBGYN twice already, before that I had lanced this myself three times.

He lanced it the second visit, it had burst in my pants and drained while walking to the office the first visit so he gave me some Bactrim and antiseptic spray, second visit he lanced it and only got blood that had a tiny tint of pus but said it seemed like there shouldn't be much in there anymore.

He told me to apply Ihtigal twice a day and finish the antibiotic.

Well I finished the antibiotic and it's been 3 days since he lanced it again and started me on the black cream stuff (it was applied half an hour before the image was taken hence weird coloring)

This started as a bump, so I lanced it and got what I could put (used a 28g medical needle)

It swelled again so I lanced it again thinking it was just a swollen gland that couldn't drain.

I'm doing heat treatment via basically sitting in a bucket of hot water for 10 mins a couple times a day.

I'm worried perhaps something is very wrong but the language barrier or skill of my found OBGYN is causing treatment to not work.

Do I need to panic or find someone else?

I'm in North Macedonia as an American, English is used but clearly hard to convey things even if we use translated speech.

This bump started lower but now it's kind of elongated and I feel fluid but it's kind of hard? Not solid but harder than like a blister would be, it's sore if pressure is applied, if i squeeze it then the clitoris feels pain too so it's against a nerve I think or similar.

I feel fluid shift and move when it's squeezed but it's deeply painful and will throb for a bit if I try to move the fluid about too much without lancing it.

I'm worried the repeat lancing has created some deeper issue or that it's just not healing properly since the swelling goes down and up again so much.

I'm now 2 weeks into this process and I'm going to go back Monday morning if it's still this painful in the morning, but does anyone have any ideas?

It's gone in size from about a marble to a grape and down again but never fully deflated.

Hopefully the pictures help a bit but I'm quite worried overall and don't know what to do anymore, am I just impatient from stress?
