Annoying "Bluetooth connected" announcement

I have a 2020 M1 Mac Mini, using an OWC thunderbolt dock. I'm having the apparently predictable issues with bluetooth dropping and reconnecting repeatedly. What is especially annoying is the loud announcement every time it happens. Is there a way to turn off the audible "bluetooth disconnected....bluetooth connected" announcement so it is at least a silent issue?

I’m a new rider (58 year-old) first bike is a 2005 sv650 with around 22k miles. I’m ~300 miles in and having a blast.

Coming from standard transmission cars, my shifting expectations are obviously much too low for a motorcycle. And I could wind it up to 11k before each shift, although that feels ridiculous for commuting or easy back roads. What rpm range do you target just riding along at 40-50mph? What are your upshift/downshift points (excluding the need to accelerate/decelerate?) My bike seems happiest in the 4500-6,000 rpm range, although I haven’t really tried to wind it up (I may have reached 8k once or twice while accelerating.)
