I moved to a different address and a company tried helping me with my Xfinity account. They said they couldn’t change addresses so I had to get a new Gateway. I agreed to everything, new gateway was going to get shipped. I then called xfinity and they said whoever did it could’ve simply transferred everything and that there was no need for a new gateway. I tried on my new gateway that was shipped and it says I already have an account so it won’t let me connect ..
