I've completed my orientation, texted my supervisor who told me to get a uniform and ID then text them when I'm done so I can move onto the next steps. When I did, all I received was a "Thank you." No further info, my texts about when and where I'll begin training have gone unanswered as did my calls. I still haven't been given the address to my post. This entire process has taken a month and because I haven't been working I haven't been getting a paycheck.

I'm tired of being jerked around, who should I escalate this with? I wasn't given the manager's number, just the supervisor. I was planning to go in person to the regional office.
