I thought that it was illegal to deny someone a job because of their disabilities, they only asked me yes or no question and when I answered yes to having a disability it immediately shut down the conversation and said I wasn’t fit for the role.
I don’t see how it could be anything other than the fact I’m disabled as that’s literally all I’d been asked so far.
