
I want a refund. I opened ticket #28378 four days ago and still haven’t received a response.
I accidentally purchased Windsurf PRO. I had tried to buy it before, but I didn’t have enough funds, so I just left it there. It seems the system kept trying to charge me over and over, even though the subscription section didn’t say anything about continued payment attempts, and my account hadn’t even been upgraded to PRO, so I don’t understand why the charge was retried so persistently.
As soon as the payment went through, I immediately canceled the plan. I have not used any of the PRO features or benefits at all. I’m not trying to abuse the system or do anything fraudulent; this was an accidental charge, and I simply want the refund reviewed fairly.
