My summer sublet fell through and I need a sublettor for July 1-Aug 31st.
The rent is $3100/month. I’m still covering the utilities. WiFi is a $10/month Xfinity wifi pass.
It’s a beautiful 1 bed, 1 bath room with an open design, lovely big kitchen, bay windows, fireplace, large bedroom, in a brownstone. 2 minute walk to the Pru. 5 minute walk to pru green line. Close to newbury st and downtown. Walkable to BMC.
Please message if interested! There is an option to renew for the upcoming year on September 1st if you want. You could also sign a one year lease starting June 1st, July 1st or August 1st if you’d prefer that. Laundry in bottom of building. Free street parking and you qualify to get a South End parking permit. There is AC.
