Hello people, usually what you guys will do first when entering a new job regardless of same job or not related job/industry? Like learn their operation sop or what? beside needed to know what are your daily tasks will be etc?

Im going to a new job (2nd job) as account assistant (40% same scope from last job as admin, alot new stuffs to learn) soon but tbh im a bit nervous and scared that i cant pass the probation, need some advices from sifu here 🙏🏻
