I've been getting this reoccurring bump on my finger ever since I started my job at a bakery, which fades after a day or so + seems to pop back up after I go back to work.
I often handle warm ingredients like chocolate dip and semi-freshly fried donuts, but I rarely handle anything that would cause heat blisters. Even if I did, I always get this bump in the same spot every time, and only in that one spot. I asked both of my parents (both are medically trained) if it was something they recognized, and neither of them knew.
Is this just a very blister-prone spot on my skin, or is this something I should bring up to a dermatologist?
