I’ve had this pc for about 2 years and since last week my pc has been constantly failing post and I’ve tried ram reseating, cmos reset, and haven’t been able to reseat my gpu. Aswell as my hasn’t been turning on and only turns on for a second when turning the pc off

For the past day I’ve been trying to get my gpu out but the latch just won’t budge, I’ve used pretty much any hard object and still won’t move
