who should i contact about my package being send to the sender? ive email ecms and ive called the usps that it was send to and it seems the only way for me to get it is to get into contact with buyee or ecms again but they haven't respond to my emails. To anyone whos been in this situation before what did you do?
For some reason, Buyee went to my old city and tried to deliver my package there, even though the address on the receipt and on the website is my current address. As the delivery company realized that the address was not valid they had to send it back to the warehouse, which is in California. I’ve contacted support, emailed them, and received no response. Every day I worry that my package is going to be sent back to Japan because of a mishap. I did my part and I just feel devastated. It was supposed to arrive on my birthday and now I don’t think it will arrive at all. What should my next step be?
