I own a stingray bass and to be honest im not the biggest fan of the egg shaped pick guard so I designed a new one. I already ordered the 3 ply pvc but I dont know what tool to use to make clean cuts to make the new pick guard look legit, any suggestions?

I have a stingray bass and to be honest im not the biggest fan of the egg shaped pick guard so I designed a new pick guard. I already have the design and the 3ply pvc is on the way but I dont know which tool should I buy to get clean cuts on the pvc any suggestions?
