"Unexpected problem" booking a collection
Has anyone else encountered an issue with trying to book a collection with Click & Drop? I've been unable to book for over a month.
I'm using my standard business Click & Drop account that's linked to my shop. After paying for my postage I go to book a collection and when I press the button to confirm and pay I get a red pop up which says something like "we've encountered an unexpected problem, ooh err"
I've tried booking just one parcel, 5 parcels, skipping a day, batches of just UK, batches of international, and each time I get the red banner. I've tried different browsers, doing it from my phone, and accessing my account in incognito mode. I've also had a new computer while this has been going on, so I don't think it's a cache issue (whatever that is)
I've resorted to using the app on my phone, but I can't even get it to scan so I have to type out the tracking. I'm old, my eyes are shit, and I will make typos.
I thought I'd ask here first before spending an afternoon on the phone. Am I the only one?
