I've been carrying a 70 06 140 in my pocket at work for many years. It's always bothered me that a burr is left behind when cutting cable ties. I do have a flush trim cutter (Super Knips), but it's often in my toolbox since the 70 06 140 is more versatile and always with me.
The larger the bevel of a side cutter, the larger the burr it leaves behind. Above is a comparison between a 70 06 140 and an X-Cut 73 06 160.
The 70 26 160 has a particularly small bevel. Does anyone have experience with whether this is small enough to cut cable ties without leaving a sharp burr?
If so, a (non-existent) 70 26 140 would be a dream come true.
