Bit niche maybe, but I’ll be in Bray, Co Wicklow for one night (tonight) for a friend’s wedding celebrations starting tomorrow. Is there anywhere in Bray I’d be likely to hear some Gaeilge? I don’t have Irish, but I’m Scottish and have Gàidhlig / Scottish Gaelic. Was able to understand a fair bit when I was in Ulster.

Here are my two leg workouts I do each week. Each time I am really sore for most of the week and barely have time to recover for the next one.

Targeting glutes and hams as they are my weakest point atm.
