What are my options when I have problems with my panel reseller?

So, I’m working on integrating my website’s admin panel with my Strong 8K panel, and I’m trying to understand the API a bit better so I can finish the backend.

I already have a Strong 8K panel, but I haven’t been able to get much technical guidance from my upstream, nothing negative, just very vague and limited info, so I’m hoping someone here who has experience with the Strong 8K API can help clarify a few things.

Here’s what I’m trying to confirm specifically for Strong 8K:

1. API Schema / Endpoint List
– What endpoints the Strong 8K panel exposes
– Request/response formats
– How user, package, and subscription fields map when integrating external systems
– Whether the API can return the full user list

2. Subscription URLs (Strong 8K)
– Will the available/generated URLs, using the domain I attached to the panel, be passed directly through the API when creating a sub
– Which API parameters control how those URLs are formed

3. Trial Creation (Strong 8K)
– I read that the API doesn't support creating trials anymore, is this still true?
– If it is available, what are the supported durations (1–12 hours or 1‑day)
– What's endpoint + required parameters/payload
– Whether trials use the same endpoint as full subscriptions

4. General Strong 8K API Capabilities
– Auth endpoints
– Create/renew/disable/delete subscription endpoints
– Any webhook/callback behavior
– Any internal/undocumented endpoints commonly used for automation

Again, I’m not asking for anything sensitive or proprietary, I'm just trying to understand what the Strong 8K panel normally exposes so I can complete my integration properly.
