I have both trex and strong and neither are working. I have them edited through m3u4u and they won't sync on their either. I than tried adding the playlist manually in tivimate and got a failed to load playlist error. I have tried using mobile hotspot to bypass ISP issues nothing has worked and I just dont get what else I could try. I've tried multiple urls and the fact its trex and strong not working at the same time im just lost.
I have Tivimate premium and I sorted it good. But when im watching on my phone or laptop it isnt as good as when I did on Tivimate.
Is my provider the only option to sort the categories or is there any site that I can sort on my own that will be saved in every platform, TV, phone, laptop, etc...?

Hi I’m after some help if possible I’ve bought a domain and registered it via my seller panel, I’ve then used the name changes and applied them to my domain.
Previously I was just using the: cloud url when providing a url plus login info to users.
The problem is this changes regular and I have to help a lot of non tech savvy people update their urls to keep thier service working, now that I have my own Domain will it keep needing updating?
If it will change frequently is there a way to change their URLs remotely ? (This is what I ultimately want) I’m a total noob and would really appreciate a dummy’s guide.

Hello everyone - since the url issues have been hitting users every now and then, it brings me to question - are there any other alternatives (trex, mega, etc) that are reliable and will not give any issues.
As much as i like Strong, i do not have the energy to constantly reach out to seller for urls for find alternative methods. Cant buy a panel as well, as it becomes financially unviable then.
Any recommendations, suggestions, tips - anything please, would be greatly appreciated.
Apologies if this has been asked previously. If thats the case - happy if someone can point me to the right post.

Bit of a random question but I have owned Strong for around a year now and every time I have clicked on a beIN SPORTS stream the game or the build up is never on, do the beIN SPORTS channels even work?
It has been working very well on my Toshiba Smart TV through the 8K Player Vip app, with practically no glitches.
However, on my other TV using a Xiaomi Mi TV Stick, it doesn’t work very well; there are cuts, or the “signal not found” warning simply appears.
Any suggestions?
In January I purchased a 1 year subscripton of Strong 8K, but in the last 2 months I have been barely able to use the service, every link the seller sends me stops working after less than a week. I either get the error of limited cloudflare, or the list doesn't even update.
What could possibly be happening?
Can you use any url, like can I use .online or .whatever else.
I only ever see .com so just want to check before I buy.

Edit: I just tried restarting my device and that did help for some reason. Using "force stop" on the app did not. But some channels does seem to be unstable for some reason.
I just started experiencing issues with my strong subscription today. It worked fine yesterday. Does anyone else have issues today?
It just keeps loading the channels indefinitely. I have tried different vpn servers (I use surfshark), but nothing seems to work.
All my devices are max 4k 2nd gen. Had two of them brick this week and get stuck in boot loop for no reason. I'm done with fire stick devices. So I'm looking to replace 5 with something thats same or better specs in the same price range. Any suggestions?

Ive got a problem with the standard EPG.
Since yesterday a big part of the EPG isnt working anymore, mainly on the NL channels. All it shows is 'Off Air'.
The channels themselves still work. Also on the adjusted Strong 8k apps insee the same problem.
Does anyone experiencing the same problem or does someone know what i can do to fix?
I do know there are alternative EPG's but the standard was good for me.
Any channels to watch the Clasico in 4K?
Everything is down right now in two different accounts. When I try to reload the playlist it says it can’t reach the server and it says it is offline.

I have a new domain and would like to point the domain name server to my Strong Panel. However, on the registrar portal, I can only edit the custom nameserver 3 and 4 while nameserver 1 & 2 remains unchanged. what can I do as the name change on my panel is not effective when I use it to login into any generated playlist.

Got a panel because I ended up being fed up with my account seller that dodged my first requests when their links went down, and then doesn't seem to understand to not overcrowd their domains, which was annoying. And I do not want my family to call me every week because the links went down. Since I've got a panel, all works solid. I didn't use cheapnames for a domain but another service that also allows anonymisation, but now everything works smoothly. Pre-curating bundles is also nice and is easier on the TV Box. And it's a super good thing that the team made it possible for users to curate themselves. Easier and better for everyone!
Anyways, my rant isn't about the good things. Otherwise it would not be a rant. Even if it isn't really one, I'm not expecting much and I'm happy now with how everything rolls.
I just got a Telegram message that there are too many duplicate VOD requests, and that there will be penalties for those that aren't able to search if content is already uploaded. Totally understandable. But in the defence of the panel users that submit those tickets, I have the feeling the ticketing system isn't that well managed.
First of all, there is no tool in the panel that allows to search in the Categories of Live TV and VOD. I am not reselling anything (panel use for friends and family), but I can understand that if you want to be a super reseller, you transmit your VOD requests as a ticket. And there is no built in tool that allows to search for stuff that is uploaded, or already requested. Granted, that would be extra work to implement it while the admins have probably other things to do. It is also not that big of an issue, but it would suck to have people submitting request to resellers, and then have the resellers punished.
But in the meantime, before such a search tool would be implemented, you can always use your pc to check with a 3rd party tool. If it runs smoothly, it won't take long to check if something is online. For those that want to check with their pc without going on a 3rd party website, have a penguin as a pc mascot, or that also have issues with the 8k windows app, I'd recommend IPTVnator, which is FOSS. The only issues right now is the internal player and VOD (so I had to enable mpv as an external player), and that the xtream links have to be in the wd-card format, despite it being your own domain.
A second issue, and my main one actually, is that I have the feeling that the tickets aren't being read correctly at all. I submitted 2 tickets recently, and I really tried to make it as short and simple as possible (so not like I'm doing now):
One for a documentary that was wrongly listed as the HD version of a series. Gave the series info, screen-shotted the issue. Received a generic answer that they will look for sources. But nothing about it being wrongly listed. I do not take it personally. If I'm not happy with the SD version that is uploaded, I can always go elsewhere for that series. And it's not like I'm paying a super premium either for this service.
Multiple apps (windows and android) would not work at all. They would open, but when I tried logging in, I got a message that the credentials were wrong. I panicked a bit, double checked if there was no trickery with my panel and an accidental password reset from my side, but it would still not work. I opened my AdGuard Home portal that blocks unwanted dns requests, and lo and behold, the domains that the apps were pinging were blocked. But not on accident. The domains used by Strong for some of their apps have been flagged and are on the HaGeZi blocklist's. They have also been flagged by Bitdefender. In other words, it won't be long before those domains will be blocked by other instances, which will lead to having those apps not working with error messages that the login and password are wrong, leading to panic messages by buyers, people filling the subreddit with "is Strong down", ect... I didn't go that into the details, just mentionned the issue and the apps being blocked, and since I did not know under what to file it, I just put it as a good old "question" ticket. Got a reply with really bad formatting that sent me flashbacks of forums of the 2000's, telling me to get a custom domain (yes I have it, but your apps don't ask it, do they?) and to get on the general telegram (which I already have, but it's not like I'll open tickets through that, do I?). So basically, my ticket wasn't even read.
So basically, we are being asked to limit the tickets submitted for VOD because they swamp the whole system, while the ones we make are not being read, nor considered at all. But hey, we are all in this together and we have all a part to play! I can find solace in the fact that the tickets are being handled the same way as those of my local TV provider, so that adds to immersion experience! Again, I don't really care that much, nor take really offence. But this leads me just to not try to be helpful and stop filling tickets at all.

I have had some issues with the dns servers that the reseller sell for Strong 8k. sometiems they work and more often than not, they are starting to stop working.
I have seen comments here on having your own domain - which is fine - but I need to know what is the actual address of the strong 8k server to point to. Or where do I find one that keeps changing that is stable?
I could run an N8N script to check if the DNS resolves etc. and if not then update the new IP.
I am just so confused on waht to do. The reseller sucks - barely responds - and I want to know how to work away from this.
