My shop FlipArtPrints has been in Etsy‑forced Holiday Mode for 60+ days. The red banner says my seller info isn’t verified, all pending orders were refunded, and there’s a suspension warning for June 5, 2026 if I don’t “verify.”

But under Shop Manager → Finances → Legal & tax information → Your documents, my government ID (submitted Jan 2024) has a green “Verified” badge and there’s no option to re‑upload. Support keeps telling me to “verify” even though there’s nothing left I can do on my side.

If you’ve had the same conflict (ID verified but shop locked in Holiday Mode), what finally worked for you — support escalation, Payoneer refreshing Etsy status, or something else?
