Hey just got a Samsung a16 5g with WiFi and Bluetooth connection issues I've done all the basic stuff to reset it but nothing has worked and anything Google can tell you I've tried too. The WiFi won't show any networks in the list and same for the Bluetooth like they turn on but nothing shows up for something to connect to. The phone is android 16 one ui 6 I believe network locked and not in service from T-Mobile any other questions feel free to ask!
