I know the material inside and out.

I can talk authoritatively to people in a group, unless there is some sort of presentation involved. I just can’t do the deck to chat thing, I need informal conversation, and natural engagement.

My voice was shivering, I lost my train of thought.. I kept it going, but I’m sure the 100+ attendees including colleagues knew.

A Q&A popped up afterwards, and I was so much better there, without a script.

Still, I feel ashamed
