Last week, I was able to fast for 24 hours a day, for five days! I ate only one meal a day for five days straight. I take a break from fasting on weekends but still try to balance my meals. This morning I had,

Half vanilla, half plain greek yogurt bowl with PB Fit powder, cinnamon powder with fruit and a sprinkle of hemp seeds and ground flaxseed.

Then, I proceeded to make buttered sourdough toast with three eggs, peper jack cheese, two slices of turkey bacon and Cholula hot sauce.

A cup of coffee as the cherry on top!

I thoroughly enjoyed my “brunch!”
