As someone who has very little breast growth at this point (4 years HRT) I am uncertain of how much they will grow and still iffy about getting a breast augmentation. What are the pros and cons of getting a sternum/chest tattoo (or any in that general area), speaking growth-wise, as I also understand that surgery after tattoos always runs a risk of being off centered or not able to be realigned and growth is not linear and my breasts could possibly grow bigger.
