Help?! Should I send the message?
TLDR: Should I (35F) send a message asking for clarity and establishing ground rules to my long distance friend with benefits (42M) Situation-ship?(maybe? Idk what to call us)
Or would that potentially implode everything?
I’ve been talking to this guy for 7 months now.
We are long distance…in different countries long distance… we talk just about every day. We’ve talked about deep topics, every day things, and we’ve sexted and exchanged videos and pics.
Anyways, he started out super attentive and then fell back a bit. I was crushing HARD so it hurt a bit but I found a way to settle in and just have fun/ be comfortable with the connection without questioning it.
Seemingly out of no where, he’s been more attentive and affectionate and he made some comments that had me wondering if he was feeling out how I felt about us being more but he also seemed to backtrack.
I’m really confused and I’m thinking of sending a message that lays it all out but I’m scared of ruining it.
I can be happy just having fun with him AS LONG AS I know that’s ALL it is. As long as I can compartmentalize.. when he blurs the line is where I get a bit unsure.
