Is there a gym in the Eureka Springs area that has day passes or something similar for someone visiting from out of town?

That offers KLOW (peptide blend). The only med spa I’ve used recently doesn’t. A Secret Med Spa says they do on their website but does not have prices and they don’t answer the phone.

This is a relatively new offering from what I know. Thank you.
