I’m from one of the 19 countries affected and filed I-130, I-485, and I-765 (married to a USC) on Feb 13, 2026. Biometrics were completed on March 10, 2026.
I’m currently on an F-1 visa and will graduate in May 2027, so I’ll need my EAD by then at the latest in order to work.
I’m unsure whether joining a mass action lawsuit at this point is a good idea. Has anyone been in a similar situation or have insight into the pros and cons?

I’m looking for an immigration attorney experienced with F-1 reinstatement cases, especially NOID responses. If anyone has recommendations for a reliable lawyer (NC or remote nationwide), I’d really appreciate it.
