I used to work at ESLCC/Camaya Coast around 2 years ago, and honestly, one of the biggest reasons I resigned was because of how stressful the management and workload became. There were just too many projects happening at the same time, and employees were constantly overwhelmed trying to keep up.

Recently, I heard that a lot of employees have been resigning and that there have been manpower cuts across different departments. To be honest, I’m not really surprised because even before I left, it already felt like the company was heading in that direction if nothing changed internally.

I’m curious if anyone here currently works there or recently left. Is it mainly because of the economy, financial struggles, or management issues? Camaya actually had a lot of potential as a resort and brand, so it’s sad seeing what’s happening now.

Hopefully the company still recovers, whether the issue is market-related or internal handling. Would like to hear other people’s experiences too.
