Pa rant lang po, I got onboarded on Genpact Bataan last November 2025, I never got my Philcare card or number which in fact should've been given to me since I got hired and onboarded, I ONLY GOT IT AT FEBRUARY THIS YEAR, I wanted to enroll my dependent for health and financial assistance, The HR told me to wait for my Philcare number and the ENROLLMENT FOR DEPENDENT WAS CLOSED ON JANUARY. I tried to plead my application in frustration so HR informed me that they were going to re open the enrollment for dependents for the month February, THEY EVEN ASKED FOR THE DOCUMENTS OF MY DEPENDENT SO I HAPPILY GAVE IT TO THEM. I WAIT FOR ANOTHER MONTH AGAIN. THIS APRIL I GOT THIS EMAIL BY THE HR. What a fuc*ing joke.
