Does yours sound crinkly like in the video when you squeeze the edges?

I’ve (34m) had irritation on my forehead for several years now. it’s not clear when it started, I don’t use any of the same facial care products i did at the time, and the dermatologist I saw gave my a steroid cream to apply daily, i guess forever.

I’ve always had sensitive skin, I have always lived in the same hot desert climate and municipal water is hard and I hear it’s full of chlorine. For I’d say 20 years my elbows have gotten dry/red/patchy. I need a steroid cream to clear them up. additionally, over the past 7 years I started seeing other joints like knuckles and even inner ears become dry and patchy until I apply a steroid for 1-2 days, and then it usually goes away.
