If you go out to a bar, club etc, would you be annoyed to be approached eg a polite hello, know anywhere else good in town?

I went out tonight by myself and I get huge anxiety. I still managed it but I let myself down a bit as I ended up not saying hi to any woman.

I am not that confident in my looks as I’m not that good looking, and I have a lot of worries of annoying the woman so I end up bailing and not trying.
