I was diagnosed with scoliosis around 16 but it was mild and we never did anything about it and now I’m 19 about to be 20 and my back pain has gotten worse and I have noticed more visible asymmetry in my waist curving more on one side and shoulder being higher than the other. I already struggle with self image issues so this has been pretty hard for me to so I was wondering if anyone has any personal tips on how to get my body more symmetrical and things to do in my daily life to improve or at least not make it worse
