After working out at home WHILE STANDING UP my elbow started hurting. At first I thought I have injured it, but on day two the pain turned into itching. On day three a painless, firm bump appeared. Sometimes it's pearly, sometimes a bit red.

Decided to investigate with a cheap microscope lens:
Photo 1 is after 3 days
Photo 2 is after two weeks
Photo 3 is just different focal point to show the "on-the-bump" skin texture

I've had many pimples, blisters, but this thing somehow is worrying me. Is it contagious?
Should I leave it be? Have it removed?
