Aural hematoma

My dog has an aural hematoma that keeps refilling. Went to vet who aspirated the puffy ear and $400 later went home with a no flap ear wrap but 2 days later I checked and it was puffy again. Back to vet $80 to redrain. 3 days later…here we go again. No ear infection, no obvious explanation for head shaking and frankly, she’s been doing that for 5 years. She’s a pittie and everything she does is rough so I guess lucky no hematoma until now. I guess I’ll go back tomorrow, but it’s so expensive; I can only imagine what actual surgery will cost. What happens if don’t keep doing this? If it becomes a cauliflower ear, is that permanently painful for the dog?

When do seasonal places like A&W and Whitebrook in Wilmington open for the season? Anyone know if Whitebrook IS going to open; their sign is in bad shape and place looks deserted.

Joined Divi Vacation Club and it includes membership in Interval International. We will never want to exchange points; happy to use all our points and rent some more each year at Divi. But I get these urgent emails and phone calls about our “unused” certificates and such. The few times I’ve explored the interval website it seems like just a marketing tool to sell discounted stays at garbage locations and ridiculous times. Like Cape Code in January. Or Williamsburg. Can someone explain if I am actually missing out on some benefit here? One confusing phone solicitation wanted me to sell my expiring certificates but I think that was a scam, so I hung up.
